About the event
Expressive Arts is a comprehensive program offered to WSCC clients weekly. This therapeutic method uses various art forms, including visual arts, music, movement, and storytelling, to help individuals reconnect with their bodies, manage emotions, and develop a sense of safety and self-efficacy. It is particularly helpful for those who struggle to express their experiences or have a history of trauma. With the dedication from our Jesuit Volunteer, staff, volunteers, and support from a grant by Cuyahoga Arts & Culture, WSCC is celebrating its 16th year of highlighting clients' artistic abilities at the annual Expressive Arts Project, at the Breen Center on June 25th.
