Executive Director: WSCC is seeking an exceptional leader to assume the role of Executive Director. The Executive Director is responsible for the leadership, management, and vision of this social service ministry. The Executive Director is recognized as the face of the Center, communicating to all stakeholders the overall mission, values, strategies and goals of the ministry. The Executive Director is responsible for leading the staff and focusing operations to achieve the mission of the Center. The Executive Director oversees the administration, programs, strategic plan and ensures that agency resources are used for the maximum benefit of all stakeholders. In collaboration with the Board, the Executive Director will provide leadership implementing the entity’s strategic plan and ongoing capital fundraising and capital improvements. Case Manager/CPST: WSCC is seeking a Case Manager to support family and single households in preparing for, securing, and retaining permanent housing, by assessing barriers to permanent housing, developing goals, objectives and plans that address the barriers, which includes obtaining and retaining full-time permanent employment and other income; to provide and access supportive services including individual mental health services and monitor progress made toward achieving the goals, objectives and ISP’s; to assist parents in meeting the needs and barriers facing their children; to complete file documentation and reports on results and outcomes.
