Under the supervision of the Resource Center Manager, the Center Support Staff works with clients in a strengths-oriented welcoming environment that addresses the client’s basic needs.  The position is responsible for the overall appearance and physical organization of the Resource Center.

Human Resource Generalist/Executive Assistant

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Human Resource Generalist/Executive Assistant assists in the executive management of the Center. Manages the day-to-day administration of the human resources policy, procedures, and programs; manages and organizes all Board related activities; responsible for all filing, mailing, and organizing records of the organization and oversees the operation of the phone system, and is the information center for all center scheduling and activities. Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.

Facility Manager

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to perform a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of four WSCC buildings, its facilities, and equipment and maintains clean, safe, and orderly work sites to support the achievement of the Center’s mission and objectives.   Requires independent judgment and decision making with respect to matters of significance.  Incumbent to maintain the agency’s commitment and expectations of functioning as a trauma informed environment.
