Outcomes & Grants Manager
Under the direction of the Executive Director, with assistance from the Director of Programs and Director of Advancement, the Outcomes and Grants Manager will be responsible for:
- Management, together with Advancement team, of grants and foundations;
- Development, together with Director of Programs, of program outcomes and overall assessment of program effectiveness
- Management, together with consultant, of client management system
