Sorting Room volunteers sort and arrange in-kind donations for the Clothing and Household distribution program.
No. of volunteers needed daily: 5 -8
Hours: 9am-12pm, 12:30pm-3pm
Clothing and Household Program Personal Shoppers assist clients who come for 20 minute appointments in selecting and acquiring clothing and household items.

Door Managers assist in the acceptance of in-kind donations for the Center.

In-Kind Donation Administrative support helps with the documentation and acknowledgment of in-kind donations.

Phone Receptionist works in the administrative offices directing callers to appropriate staff or programs and light clerical work.

Meal Preparation includes the cooking and serving of meals.

Youth Programming volunteers assist with tutoring, special events, special programs and other activities with the child residents.

Passages volunteers are mentors paired up with an individual or a family for year-long commitment to provide support for the family.
No. of volunteers needed on occasional basis, 8-10
Hours: 2 hours a week, very flexible

Job Training specialists, mentors for participants
Adult Education volunteers act as tutors for basic adult education, preparation for GED and basic skills necessary for work or school.
No. of volunteers needed, 6-8, Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 to 3:30pm. Hours: 2 hours a week
